1. BLOOM

3-YEAR GROWTH 23,153% FOUNDED 2021 CITY Lehi EMPLOYEES 36 INDUSTRY Staffing WEBSITE hirebloom.com FOUNDERS John Pearce, Eric Engebretsen THE COMPANY A social-impact staffing company connecting educated global talent with US companies.

bloom

HOT HEADLINE We moved into a larger office space here in Lehi, and opened our first international office in Nairobi, Kenya. Our biggest milestone this past year was paying out over $10 million in wages to our team members around the world. CUE THE LIGHTS We started with our social-impact mission to create dignified work opportunities for capable and deserving overseas talent. It turned out there was a need we could solve for U.S. companies as well, which turned out to be a great win-win for both groups. BOLD BRANDING Our name, Bloom, and our logo of a growing plant represent helping people around the world flourish through the economic opportunities we’re providing. AFTER HOURS One of our ongoing company rituals is that every two weeks our entire corporate team does 1:1 video calls with our team members in other countries who are part of our workforce. These regular one-on-ones are for our corporate team to connect with them, better understand what’s going on in their lives, and to build relationships. It’s really fun.

2. ELEKTRIK

3-YEAR GROWTH 4,933% FOUNDED 2020 CITY Lindon EMPLOYEES 24 INDUSTRY Electrical accessories WEBSITE elektrikapp.com LEADERSHIP Mario Dealba, Tim Tyrrell, Isaac Duarte THE COMPANY Online marketplace for high-voltage and medium-voltage electrical accessories.

Electrik

HOT HEADLINE 1) Surpassed 20 full-time employees. 2) We grew 130% YoY. 3) We opened a second office and warehouse location in Raleigh, N.C. BEHIND THE SCENES 2022 was a messy year for us. After over half the company suddenly left, everyone left had to do whatever it took to survive and thrive. This cemented our scrappy, “no-quit” company culture. We call it 133% attitude. If you just want to do “your job,” and not whatever it takes to be successful as a group, you probably wouldn’t fit at Elektrik. LIGHTS CAMERA ACTION 2023 was a break-off year. At the turn of the year, we put all of our profits back into the company and doubled the head count in early 2024. Playing the long-term race is important when using profits and self-funding growth. ENCORE We aim to be the easiest way for people to buy medium- and high-voltage electrical components. We innovate and serve our industry more than any other company in our space, and are proud of that. Soon, medium- and high-voltage purchasing will be almost entirely powered by Elektrik App Inc. Mark my words.

3. CORDS CLUB INC.

3-YEAR GROWTH 2,929% FOUNDED 2021 CITY Springville TEAMMATES 27 INDUSTRY Ecommerce/jewelry WEBSITE cordsclub.com LEADERSHIP Lexi Petersen, Ben Petersen THE COMPANY Hypoallergenic earring and jewelry brand.

Cords Club

BOLD BRANDING One thing we noticed about other jewelry companies was they were sterile. It felt like an exclusive club. We wanted color and to portray a vibe of fun, vibrant energy. We want customers to get a dopamine rush when they open the package. Orange is happy, fresh, positive. We’re saying: “You’re welcome here. This is for everyone. We’re not too good for you.” PRODUCER’S NOTES No one has it figured out. Big brands look like they know exactly what they’re doing, but everyone is just figuring it out. It’s just a matter of who’s got the grit to keep learning and pushing through the messy. BEYOND THE RESUME We’d rather hire someone who’s hungry and can communicate and adapt than someone who has a polished resume. The game now is all about adaptability and moving fast. A good question is: “What have you learned in the last year about what has changed in your world?” If they don’t have an answer, they’re not paying attention. MIC DROP At Cords Club, we’re helping people tell their stories. It’s fun to provide pieces that help people share more about themselves with the world. It’s more than an ear stack; it’s a story.

4. LELAND

3-YEAR GROWTH 2,757% FOUNDED 2021 CITY Lehi EMPLOYEES 35 INDUSTRY Consumer internet WEBSITE joinleland.com LEADERSHIP John Koelliker, Zando Ward, Erika Mahterian THE COMPANY A platform that helps ambitious people reach their career and educational goals with thousands of expert coaches.

Leland

HOT HEADLINE Last year, Leland raised a $12M Series A from leading VC firms like Forerunner and GSB Ventures. CUE THE LIGHTS Leland was founded after realizing how hard it was to access the expertise needed to reach big goals like getting into top schools or landing competitive jobs. We set out to build a platform that makes world-class expertise and support universally accessible, starting with coaching and expanding into courses, content, community and jobs. BOLD BRANDING We were founded at Stanford (officially Leland Stanford Jr. University), where ambitious people from all over the world come to reach their goals. We want Leland to be a place like that, and wanted a nod to the place where we got our start. BEHIND THE SCENES In the early days, we knew it was important to focus on one niche and expand from there. But by focusing on that one niche, MBA Admissions Coaching, many people dismissed what we were working on as being too small. We now serve customers in nearly 100 categories across education and career goals.

5. BATON LEADS

3-YEAR GROWTH 2,218% FOUNDED 2019 CITY Lehi EMPLOYEES 50 INDUSTRY Home services WEBSITE batonleads.com LEADERSHIP Phil Kirkeiner, Cody Barbour, Ian Schoen THE COMPANY A referral marketplace where home service providers get paid to refer the jobs they can’t take, and get referred for the jobs they want.

Baton

HOT HEADLINES One of our clients sent nearly 15,000 referrals in the first eight months of 2025, generating revenue from opportunities they couldn’t service while still receiving hundreds of new customers. Another partner consistently sends 200+ referrals per month, turning unused leads into steady income. We estimate Baton has already generated over $50 million in revenue for our partners. BEHIND THE SCENES Last year we migrated platforms from a third-party software to one we built ourselves. The transition was badly needed, but there were a ton of bugs. That month we worked late nights almost every day. Before we knew it, the bugs were fixed, billing was made right, and customers were appeased (or didn’t even know what happened!). AFTER HOURS Our industry was really affected by the hurricanes that ravaged North Carolina and Florida last year. We worked with our industry to raise over $5K to donate to affected families. It helped remind our team that we work with people who are dealing with really tough adversities.

6. KAJAE

3-YEAR GROWTH 1,885% FOUNDED 2021 CITY Lehi EMPLOYEES 280 INDUSTRY Premium staff augmentation WEBSITE kajae.com LEADERSHIP Garrett Blood, Jon Cramer, Cameron Long THE COMPANY A staff augmentation firm helping U.S. companies hire remote talent while moving professionals from poverty to middle class.

Kajae

CUE THE LIGHTS No matter where I (Garrett) traveled, I saw the same truth: brilliance is evenly distributed across the world, but opportunity is not. Kajae was born to prove that opportunity should never be limited by geography. BOLD BRANDING The name Kajae comes straight from home, built from the first letters of my kids’ names: Kate, Ariana, Jack, Alexa and Ethan. The surprise came when I learned that Kajae also means “Gift from God” in Jamaica. BEYOND THE RESUME In the hiring process, they have to pass personality and culture tests. Then, we interview 200 for each position and only hire the top three. MIC DROP 1) In just three years, Kajae earned a spot at #204 on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list without a single dollar of outside capital. 2) We serve more than 120 U.S.-based clients, 80 percent of which are in the Mountain West. We typically match clients with talent from 30+ countries in under a week. 3) By paying 5-10x the local average wage and providing full benefits, we’ve impacted the lives of more than 10,000 people across 30 countries.

7. SAVVOS HEALTH

3-YEAR GROWTH 1,751% FOUNDED 2017 CITY American Fork EMPLOYEES 22 INDUSTRY Digital health fintech WEBSITE savvos.com FOUNDERS Lou Morin, Jake Fackrell THE COMPANY Redefining the healthcare transaction for patients, payors and providers with its digital health, fintech platform.

Savvos

HOT HEADLINE We’re proud of reaching 150,000 members, creating the nation’s largest direct pay marketplace, and launching our own health plan called Smart Pay. AFTER HOURS One of our founders runs a nonprofit in the Dominican Republic called the Change the World Foundation. Last year, three of our executives and their wives traveled there to provide essential medical care and food. A highlight came when I (Jake) dressed as Santa and handed out gifts to dozens of children who otherwise would have gone without. One of our core values is Restore Hope — and bringing hope to families in the Dominican Republic reminds us of our mission here at home: ensuring people in the U.S. can access the care they need without the fear of financial ruin. BEHIND THE SCENES In Savvos’ early days, we believed we needed an app. We poured limited time and money into building one, only to find the upkeep frustrating and costly. A few months later, someone asked: “Do we even need an app?” We realized a mobile-friendly website could deliver more functionality at a fraction of the cost.

8. HOUSTON TX HOT CHICKEN

3-YEAR GROWTH 1,688% FOUNDED 2021 CITY Lehi & Las Vegas EMPLOYEES 115 INDUSTRY Food & beverage WEBSITE hhc.ooo LEADERSHIP Edmond Barseghian, Brian Simowitz, Mario Drezo THE COMPANY A fast-casual concept serving bold, customizable Nashville-style hot chicken in a high-energy, modern setting.

Houston Hot Chicken

HOT HEADLINE It’s been a blazing year: We’re on track to surpass 30 stores by the end of 2025, ranked No. 217 on the Inc. 5000, and one of our social videos alone racked up 45 million views. CUE THE LIGHTS During the pandemic, co-founder Edmond Barseghian began experimenting with recipes. Edmond and his sister discovered a way to make the dish spicier without upsetting his stomach. Inspired by the positive feedback from friends, Edmond decided to take the leap into the food industry. BOLD BRANDING Our “Houston We Have a Problem” spice level is legendary. At every grand opening, we host the HWHAP spice challenge: The first person to conquer three waiver-required tenders wins $1,000. It’s pure spectacle and a must-see for fans and media alike. Of course, our name is ultimately a nod to HHC’s out-of-this-world flavors — most of which don’t require waivers or hazmat suits.  PRODUCER’S NOTES Whatever it is you want to do, stick to it. Be proud of what you do, and be the best at it. I (Edmond) used to change tires on the side of the freeway, and I was the best tire changer around.

9. DROPLET

3-YEAR GROWTH 1,481% FOUNDED 2020 CITY Lehi EMPLOYEES 31 INDUSTRY SaaS WEBSITE droplet.io FOUNDERS Skyler Hair, Mike Rowland THE COMPANY Document automation and eSignature platform that helps schools and universities automate back-office processes.

Droplet

HOT HEADLINE An exciting milestone is that we hit profitability this year! Droplet now supports the administration of 4 million students in 30+ states across the U.S. BEHIND THE SCENES We originally set out to not just build an education company, but focus on generally useful software for businesses, governments, and everyone else dealing with paperwork challenges. We’ve largely failed at expanding outside of education, though, as that’s 99 percent of revenue today. LIGHTS CAMERA ACTION The first sign of growth was early on when the founders were personally able to sell $50k of the software in the first few months after launch, and then hand the playbook to new sales hires who were also able to sell $50k+ in their first few months. We knew we had something scalable! AFTER HOURS During our annual company onsite in January, we split the company into two groups for different volunteer activities. One group facilitated lunch at the Catholic Community Center, and the other volunteered at the Pamela Atkinson Men’s Resource Center. It was so special for all of us involved.

10. RED WOLF TECHNOLOGY

3-YEAR GROWTH 1,440% FOUNDED 2021 CITY Lehi EMPLOYEES 5 INDUSTRY Technology WEBSITE redwolf.io CEO Bradley Bacigalupi THE COMPANY Builds on-demand machines and software that let stores instantly create phone cases, cut screen protectors, and remove scratches from devices.

Red Wolf Technology

HOT HEADLINE We secured partnerships with Motorola (USA), TelCel (Mexico), and several Samsung Experience Stores worldwide, expanding our presence into key global markets. This year also marked our first large-scale European expansion. CUE THE LIGHTS Before Red Wolf Technology, our founder, Brad Bacigalupi, invented a process to make screen protectors on-demand, a solution now used on over 2 billion phones worldwide. After the acquisition of that company, Brad set out to incorporate 3D printing technology, and empower retailers to 3D print products in-store in seconds. Red Wolf Technology was born to bring this level of speed, customization and innovation to the smartphone accessory market.

BEYOND THE RESUME Careful interviewing, along with our series of training packets, means our employees quickly dive into the work and join the problem solving. Every new employee gets a 3D printer to take home so they can use their creativity to make items and practice getting an understanding of our products.

11. LIFT AUTO REPAIR MARKETING

3-YEAR GROWTH 1,325% FOUNDED 2020 CITY Lehi EMPLOYEES 34 INDUSTRY Marketing WEBSITE liftautorepairmarketing.com CEO Kelsey Outram THE COMPANY Helps auto repair shops succeed by providing them with the tools and expertise needed to thrive in today’s digital world.

Lift Auto Repair

HOT HEADLINE We are proud of crossing the $1 million annual revenue mark. It felt like such a big deal. We knew we were doing something truly special. Our team of experts specializes in online marketing for the automotive industry, including reviews, reputation management, website development, and more. STUDIO AUDIENCE Our company is all over, but there is something truly special about being based here in Utah. I look up to and study several companies here. BEYOND THE RESUME We have a company wide meeting every Monday with updates and game-planning for the coming week. Someone new hosts the meeting each time, bringing up a question for everyone to answer, a game, or a topic for everyone to learn. PRODUCER’S NOTES One thing I would prioritize is getting a coach/mentor that has been where you want to go. Once you find that person who works for you, take action upon the things you learn and don’t overanalyze. As a new founder, there will be tons of mistakes, but you don’t know what those will be until you take action and learn from them.

12. FIKA REFLEXOLOGY BAR

3-YEAR GROWTH 1,318% FOUNDED 2021 CITY Bluffdale EMPLOYEES 119 INDUSTRY Spa WEBSITE fikareflexbar.com LEADERSHIP Leo Sagebin, Jamie Sagebin THE COMPANY Reflexology bar with a focus on pampering, a group-friendly environment, and a relaxing atmosphere.

Fika Reflexology Bar

CUE THE LIGHTS Living in 18 cities over 15 years, I (Jamie) found reflexology spas in each, and they became my sanctuaries. Around Covid time, I knew my community needed a space to unwind, heal and reconnect, and Fika wellness facilities came to save the day. HOT HEADLINE We recently opened our fifth location in Saratoga Springs. BEHIND THE SCENES We started training in the basement of the owner’s house. ENCORE We’ve had 132,301 services performed since we opened, and we plan to expand nationwide. PRODUCER’S NOTES Prioritize building a strong company culture early on. Many founders are laser-focused on product and growth, but they often overlook how the team communicates, makes decisions and handles challenges. BOLD BRANDING “Fika” is an attitude and an important part of Swedish culture. Many Swedes consider that it is almost essential to make time for fika every day. It means making time for friends, sharing a cup of coffee and enjoying the good things in life. We have built a place for “the Fika fam” to escape the pressures of life and relax.

13. JUST INGREDIENTS

3-YEAR GROWTH 1,261% FOUNDED 2019 CITY Orem EMPLOYEES 110 INDUSTRY Health & wellness WEBSITE justingredients.us CEO Karalynne Call THE COMPANY Nutrition and beauty products created from real ingredients.

Just Ingredients

HOT HEADLINE We’re grateful to have seen growth — from expanding our sports partnerships to strengthening our retail presence and growing on Amazon. One milestone we’re especially excited about is that, beginning September 2025, our new RTD Clear Protein will be available in select Target stores. MIC DROP As of August, we’ve officially hit 1 million customers. In the past year alone, we filled 1.37 million orders, contributing to 2.4 million all-time orders. That growth brought us to 9.6 million items sold all time. AFTER HOURS We recently partnered with Huntsman Mental Health Foundation through a donation to support the Nutrition Center inside Utah’s Kem and Carolyn Gardner Mental Health Crisis Care Center. This facility will provide trauma-informed care for individuals experiencing mental health or substance use crises, and the nutrition center will prepare and distribute meals for 200+ staff members as well as every patient receiving care. This partnership is especially meaningful to Karalynne, as her own journey with mental health was the catalyst that inspired the creation of Just Ingredients.

14. SENYA

3-YEAR GROWTH 938% FOUNDED 2021 CITY Springville EMPLOYEES 19 INDUSTRY SaaS/Education WEBSITE senya.app CEO Dave Wilson THE COMPANY A substitute teacher app allowing schools to say adios to sub shortages.

Senya

MIC DROP We came up with a tier bonus program in the app that automatically upgrades subs. If a sub completes five jobs in a month, the app automatically upgrades them from silver to gold, giving them a bonus out of Senya’s own profit margin. Once subs complete 15 jobs in a month, then they’re at the highest tier. We’re not charging the schools more; we’re willing to take our own profit margin and give it right back to the sub. BOLD BRANDING Senya comes from the Spanish word enseñe, which means “teach.” ENCORE When we first interviewed schools, our fill rates were in the 40 percent range. We would love to make sure partner schools have fill rates as close to 100 percent as possible — and for the quality of the subs coming in to be the best possible. HOT HEADLINE We had 111 schools hit 100 percent fill rates from July 1 to Sept. 4! AFTER HOURS During our retreat this year, we made phonics phones to donate to local elementary schools in Utah County. We also provide Christmas to foster care kids. Employees are also given time off to participate in service of their choice! We have had them volunteer in the classroom, at back-to-school events, and at women’s shelters.

15. THE SMOKED TACO

3-YEAR GROWTH 814% FOUNDED 2021 CITY Orem EMPLOYEES 65 INDUSTRY Food & beverage WEBSITE thesmokedtaco.com FOUNDERS Jeff McFadden, Gary Hanson THE COMPANY Premium smoked meat tacos restaurant, where Mexican meets BBQ.

The Smoked Taco

CUE THE LIGHTS After more than 35 years of combined experience in professional BBQ, our founders set out to create something bold, unexpected and undeniably delicious. The result? The Smoked Taco — a rebellious fusion of slow-smoked barbecue and vibrant Mexican flavors. We’re not here to chase tradition. We’re here to reinvent it. This is BBQ gone rogue. BEHIND THE SCENES After our smokehouse restaurant lobby was closed due to Covid, we decided to get a food truck to get our food out, and The Smoked Taco was created! LIGHTS CAMERA ACTION The response was overwhelming on social media when we launched our food truck and when we opened our first brick-and-mortar location. From Day One, we exceeded all of our projections and realized we had hit on something that people were hungry for. MIC DROP March 2021 was our very first taco service out of the truck, and we sold out. January 2025, our sixth location opened its doors, proving the hunger for BBQ-Mex fusion was real and unstoppable. April 2025, we took home a Best of State Award. We just announced our eighth location!

16. NECTAR

3-YEAR GROWTH 796% FOUNDED 2016 CITY Lehi EMPLOYEES 132 INDUSTRY Software WEBSITE nectarhr.com FOUNDERS Trevor Larson, Jackson Horne, Andrew Hollis THE COMPANY Employee recognition and rewards platform using AI to power culture intelligence.

Nectar

HOT HEADLINE Over the past year, Nectar has gone from being a single product (Nectar Recognize) to launching two new products in Nectar Comms and Nectar Engage. These new products form a Culture Suite that enable organizations to create cultures people won’t want to leave. BEYOND THE RESUME When it comes to our team, we use Nectar! Nectar helps employees internally at Nectar to be seen, informed and heard through our Culture Suite. This infuses those values into their daily interactions at the company. MIC DROP Last year, we announced a strategic partnership with SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), along with welcoming SHRM CEO Johnny Taylor, Jr. to our advisory board. This partnership has meant so much to us as we naturally align on a mission to create better workplaces at organizations across the globe. PRODUCER’S NOTES It really is all about the people you bring on board. Startups are hard. We all know the statistics of how few actually succeed. But the people you recruit will stack the odds in your favor if you bring on the best.

17. KAXI CO

3-YEAR GROWTH 586% FOUNDED 2018 CITY Orem/Bluffdale EMPLOYEES 13 INDUSTRY Commerce WEBSITE shopkaxi.com LEADERSHIP Lexi Cuillard, Allie Ritchie, Chase Cuillard THE COMPANY A women’s hair accessory company that focuses on both function and style.

Kaxi

BEHIND THE SCENES I (Lexi) founded the company as a 21-year-old going to school full-time, working full-time, and had just gotten married. I always had a love for accessorizing, and I bought a sewing machine, taught myself on YouTube how to sew, and spent the next few weeks creating my own hair accessories. I built a website, started a social media page and began selling. MIC DROP We’ve added nine new employees, launched in major retailers such as Aldi and Salon Centric, and, as of August, have already doubled in sales from last year. STUDIO AUDIENCE I can confidently say that Utah is the best place to start a business (especially as a female entrepreneur). It also comes with lots of competition which, in my opinion, only drives the successful business to think more creatively. I love the energy that comes from Utah entrepreneurs, and I feel like that energy trickles down into the consumers here. They love supporting small businesses. Anytime we host a local event we have hundreds to thousands of women show up to support us. It’s one of my favorite parts of my job.

18. FIVE STAR FRANCHISING

3-YEAR GROWTH 537% FOUNDED 2015 City Springville EMPLOYEES 300+ Industry Home services franchising WEBSITE fivestarfranchising.com FOUNDERS Scott Abbott, Chad Jones THE COMPANY An innovative, growing platform of home service brands with 1,600+ franchises collectively across North America.

Five Star Franchising

MIC DROP This past year, Five Star Franchising surpassed 1,600+ franchise locations across North America and expanded the reach of the Five Star Buying Group, now one of the largest vendor networks in franchising with 1,000+ members, 150+ vendors and $100M+ in buying power. That collective strength is saving our owners thousands each year while giving them unparalleled access to industry-leading partners. As well, we’re proud of making the Utah Business Fast 50, Inc. 5000, UV50 and MWCN 100 multiple times. BOLD BRANDING Every interaction, whether with a customer or a franchise owner, should reflect a Five Star experience and deliver a Five Star result. LIGHTS CAMERA ACTION The first sign of growth came when Five Star Painting began expanding rapidly beyond Utah. The next inflection point came in 2021 with our partnership with Princeton Equity Group. With their support, we accelerated brand acquisitions, expanded the Five Star Buying Group, and doubled down on giving franchise partners industry-leading tools.

19. OVATION

3-YEAR GROWTH 492% FOUNDED 2018 CITY Orem EMPLOYEES 26 INDUSTRY Tech WEBSITE ovationup.com FOUNDERS Zack Oates, Derek Morgan THE COMPANY A two-question, SMS-based survey as a Digital Table Touch that has redefined restaurant guest feedback.

Ovation

BEYOND THE RESUME Because we serve the hospitality industry, we believe it’s essential to extend that same spirit to our own team. We focus on making new employees feel truly welcomed and cared for, emphasizing that their voices matter just as much as the guests we help restaurants listen to. LIGHTS CAMERA ACTION The first sign that growth was about to take off came when some of the country’s most recognizable restaurant brands started reaching out to us — not because we had a big sales team or flashy marketing, but because they had heard about the results from other operators. Our response was to double down on listening so we could keep earning that trust. PROUDEST MOMENTS We are proud of partnering with large enterprise brands like Domino’s CA, Dave’s Hot Chicken and Blooming Brands. STUDIO AUDIENCE The generosity within the Silicon Slopes community has been incredible. So many leaders have been willing to share advice, mentor us and help us avoid pitfalls. That guidance has been invaluable as we grow.

20. LVT (LiveView Technologies)

3-YEAR GROWTH 483% FOUNDED 2005 CITY American Fork EMPLOYEES 700 INDUSTRY Tech/security CEO Ryan Porter THE COMPANY A leader in life safety and security and the premier developer/manufacturer of mounted or mobile, solar-powered, and cellular/satellite-connected surveillance solutions, software and AI tech.

LiveView Technologies

HOT HEADLINES LVT’s mobile security units have been custom-built over the past 20 years (with 16 patented inventions) to help organizations create safer environments. New this year is LVT’s AI-automated talk-down feature that can issue customized alerts referencing what an individual is wearing or holding. This capability is something no other security company offers, and it issues lifelike audio that can be customized. Now, LVT customers can issue highly personalized security messages without needing personnel on duty or available. MIC DROP We have exceeded a $1 billion valuation, which is a testament to the high demand for our solutions. Chris Beckstead, former Qualtrics president, has joined LVT as our first president. He will partner with CEO and co-founder Ryan Porter to lead our expansion into new product verticals with agentic AI solutions. AFTER HOURS We have partnered with the Utah Jazz, Clyde Companies, and Layton Construction to construct and refurbish community basketball courts in Utah.

21. DTA TUMBLING

3-YEAR GROWTH 479% FOUNDED 2020 CITY Lehi EMPLOYEES 2 full-time, 60+ part-time INDUSTRY Gym WEBSITE dtatumbling.com FOUNDERS Abbie Dwiggins, Reid Dwiggins THE COMPANY Utah’s premier tumbling gym, offering cheer, partner stunting, acro, tricking and more.

DTA

MIC DROP 1) This summer, DTA hit an incredible milestone: We taught 1,700 athletes! It’s an especially exciting achievement as we celebrate our fifth year in business. 2) Hitting our first million in revenue, and by the end of 2025 we will be debt-free. Growth comes with risk, perseverance, and a ton of dedication. We are here for it, and we love this journey — the highs, the lows and everything in between. CUE THE LIGHTS When I (Abbie) started DTA Tumbling, I wanted to create a place where athletes of all ages, abilities and backgrounds could thrive. DTA is a melting pot where any athlete can train, explore different programs, and feel like they belong. We recognized that big class sizes in traditional gyms often limit individualized coaching, so we aim for a 4:1 student-to-coach ratio whenever possible. BEYOND THE RESUME We’ve done game nights with prizes, taken our team to the rodeo, and even gone to Luminaria. Our industry is all about energy and fun, and we embrace that while making sure every team member feels connected, inspired, and excited to be part of something bigger than just a job.

22. LAUNCH FULFILLMENT

3-YEAR GROWTH 382% FOUNDED 2019 CITY Springville EMPLOYEES 82 INDUSTRY Third-party logistics WEBSITE launchfulfillment.com FOUNDERS Braden DiCristofano, Joshua Beatty THE COMPANY A 3PL partner handling inventory management to shipping with near-perfect accuracy.

Launch Fulfillemtn

CUE THE LIGHTS Launch Fulfillment began when two best friends leveraged their packaging expertise to address a critical pitfalls in the industry. We recognized that these industries needed more than shipping — they needed a partner who cares about their brand. BOLD BRANDING The name “Launch Fulfillment” reflects our core purpose: to propel brands forward from wherever they are in their journeys. BEHIND THE SCENES During our rapid scaling phase, we reinvested every dollar back into infrastructure, technology and team development rather than taking distributions. That commitment to building something bigger than ourselves became the foundation of our company culture. AFTER HOURS We work with youth sports teams and are currently sponsoring a youth soccer team in the local community. MIC DROP We’re proud to have opened our second location in the U.S. and our first location in the U.K. We’re also proud to have hired true professionals who could buy in to the company culture.

23. KENSINGTON ASSET MANAGEMENT

3-YEAR GROWTH 369% FOUNDED 2018 CITY Lehi EMPLOYEES 300 LEADERSHIP David Doty, Danielle Doty INDUSTRY Food & beverage WEBSITE kensingtonasset.com THE COMPANY A company owning and operating various ‘Best of State’ food concepts, including Magleby’s, Lehi Bakery and Summit Pizza.

Kensington Asset Management

PRODUCER’S NOTES Hospitality is hard work. I’ve learned how important it is to take time to rest and recover with vacations and family time. We work really hard, but it’s so easy to burn out. BEHIND THE SCENES My wife and I spent two years doing the daily baking, which nearly killed us. It’s hard — physically, emotionally. We didn’t open our second store until 2024. It took five or six years because we had to learn the process, update equipment and right-size the menu. When we bought it, they had 25 different breads, which made up just three percent of sales. We’d spend three hours a day making bread for only three percent of sales. So we dialed in the menu, nailed down recipes, and focused on the team.  AFTER HOURS At Lehi Bakery, we focus our donations on schools. Every year we deliver thousands of free donut cards for schools to distribute to the kids, whether for good grades, random acts of kindness, etc. We  feel if we invest into the community, they’ll always support us.

24. HERITAGE MEATS AND FINE FOODS

Heritage Meats

HOT HEADLINE This year we have celebrated increasing employment opportunities by more that 100 percent while achieving a record number of new customer acquisitions. CUE THE LIGHTS As a family of butchers and food service professionals, we believe that every chef and neighborhood deserves access to a great butcher. This has motivated our team to innovate new methods of distribution and build multi-unit retail neighborhood spaces. LIGHTS CAMERA ACTION We knew growth was coming when we noticed that outbound sales calls had shifted to inbound calls. The word was out and business was coming our way. So I bought more phones! MIC DROP We are proud of the successful launch of “UT47 Beef,” Utah’s first certified Utah beef program. This is currently providing more than 20,000 pounds of great Utah beef a week to local restaurants and retail stores. We are all about “Utah Feeding Utah.” We deliver weekly to hundreds of Utah restaurants, including Utah’s famous ski resorts, national parks and golf clubs.

Shyft Global

HOT HEADLINE Growth of our Asia team has been explosive and will quickly be our largest team/office. We feel lucky to have such a strong team there with people who have chosen to be builders in the Shyft story. BEHIND THE SCENES Our business has been on a continual roller coaster as a result of two unprecedented trade wars and a global pandemic. Being that our stock in trade is the ability to move goods from one country to another, we have had the unique challenge and opportunity to constantly pivot, evolve and expand to ensure we were able to solve problems never before faced by ourselves or our customers. BEYOND THE RESUME Once team members are hired, we have two team members who focus solely on the culture and admin of our company, ensuring that onboarding is thoughtful, personalized with swag/gifts, trainings and support. We reserve time for several meals each week as a team, play catchphrase every Friday afternoon, challenge employees with competitions related to health, games, fantasy football, etc. We do require excellence in our performance, but we believe we can create fun memories along the way.

We collaborate with local trade partners to gather donations, and then, on a Saturday morning, our whole team comes together to finish and celebrate the transformation. ENCORE Our vision is to expand our footprint across the state with multiple branches in both northern and southern Utah, operating year-round. CUE THE LIGHTS Over a casual lunch with a crew of roofers, Ben Hodson (a seasoned serial entrepreneur) and his buddies Nick Wood (coding whiz) and Jason Wood (chemistry geek turned product visionary) realized that contractors were still using whiteboards and sticky notes to run businesses worth millions. That lightbulb moment sparked a mission: build a mobile-first CRM for contractors. By the end of that year, we’d landed 100 roofing contractors as clients — with around 300 users onboarded. HOT HEADLINE In 2020, we raised our Series A, in 2024 we did our Series B. Each step has brought a ton of growth and there are more milestone markers to come as we cross $100MM in ARR next year. STUDIO AUDIENCE Recruiting amazing people gets easier in Utah. We want Utah and Utah County to win. We have amazing partners in the area and a lot of companies we integrate with that are based in Utah. AI ANGLE We just launched our first product. We are on track for 50 percent of our code to be generated by AI. We did a week-long Hack To The Future Event that was focused solely on AI and implementing it into our business.

PRODUCER’S NOTES If I (Josh) could sit down with a startup founder, I’d urge them to prioritize building the right team. This is something many founders overlook in the early stages, often focusing more on the product or funding. Focus on hiring for attitude and adaptability, not just a resume. STUDIO AUDIENCE Utah’s collaborative spirit has been invaluable. We’ve been able to connect with other local businesses, find top-tier talent, and build a network of partners who share our ambitious mindset. BEYOND THE RESUME When new employees arrive, it’s not a day of endless paperwork; instead, it’s a “culture day.” They meet the team, learn about our proven process, and get to know the Big Red Jelly family.
